PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING WHEN REQUESTING A SEWER CERTIFICATION
Settlement Contact Information:
- Name of Realtor requesting the sewer certification and phone number, email, or fax number
- Property Address
- Parcel ID Number
- Seller’s Names
- Buyer’s Names
- Settlement Date
Please note: a Sewer Certification Fee is added to all requests.
Please mail all Sewer Certification payments to the attention of Linda Uccelletti, 400 Fayette Street Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Do not mail sewer certification payments to P.O. Box.
