Legal Notice: 2021 Meetings of the Board of Directors to Occur via Remote Means

LEGAL NOTICE
2021 MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BOROUGH OF CONSHOHOCKEN AUTHORITY TO OCCUR VIA REMOTE MEANS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Borough of Conshohocken Authority will conduct public meetings via remote means in 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month, as follows:

• January 26, 2021
• February 23, 2021
• March 23, 2021
• April 27, 2021
• May 25, 2021
• June 22, 2021
• July 27, 2021
• August 24, 2021
• September 28, 2021
• October 26, 2021
• November 23, 2021
• December 21, 2021

All meetings will be held for the purpose of conducting regular monthly business.  The public is encouraged to participate as set forth below. 

The meeting will be held using the Webex platform.  To the extent possible, members of the Authority’s Board of Directors and Authority staff/professionals will participate via both video and audio. 

The public is encouraged to participate as follows:

1. The agenda for the meeting will be posted by 5:00 PM on the Friday immediately prior to the scheduled meeting date.

2. Use Webex to view the video feed:

   This link will also be made available on the Borough of Conshohocken Authority’s website at: https://www.conshohockensa.com/, under the “News & Announcements” section. 

   If it is the first time you will be using Webex, the link will direct you to a website to download the Webex application.  Please follow the instructions to install the Webex application.

   If you have already downloaded the Webex application, the above link will redirect you to the application itself.  Please follow the instructions.  If you have already downloaded the Webex application and are not using the link, input the following meeting number:

   It is recommended that you download the application in advance of the meeting time.  If you attempt to sign in prior to the start of the meeting, the Webex application will inform you that the meeting has not started.  Please close the application and log back in at the time of the meeting.

3. Call-in to participate via audio. For ease of use, this method of audio participation should be used by all participants, even those using the Webex application to view the video feed.

   The public is asked to please keep their phones on mute at all times, unless giving a public comment as set forth in section 4 below.

4. There will be a designated time on the agenda for public comment, as per the Authority’s normal practice.  Those who wish to offer public comment shall do so in an orderly manner, one at a time, and shall provide their name and address before comment.

5. Prior to the start of any meeting, the public may submit written comments by e-mailing them to emongan@conshohockensa.com. Similarly, during any meeting, the public may submit written comments by e-mailing them to emongan@conshohockensa.com. Public comments submitted in this manner will be read by the Authority’s Operations Manager during the public comment period.  As the actual time of the public comment period during the meeting is determined by the pace of the meeting, please submit all comments as soon as possible, whether before or during a meeting.

All meetings will be recorded and posted to the Authority’s website. 

It is of the utmost importance to the Authority that the public be given every available opportunity to participate in its meetings.  If you encounter problems participating during a meeting, please contact the Authority at emongan@conshohockensa.com and identify the problem experienced so we may continue to improve the remote system.
